At Lindfield Coffee Works, we’re proud to source this exceptional Peruvian coffee through our long-standing partners at Falcon Coffees. Working with a local exporter established in 2017, Falcon supports over 3,000 smallholder farmers across Jaén, San Ignacio, and Cusco, focusing on sustainability, traceability, and community impact.
 
This partnership provides producers with access to technical assistance, organic farming support, and post-harvest training, helping to improve quality and income while preserving the environment. Carefully managed drying on raised beds brings out distinct flavour profiles, from floral and fruity to nutty and chocolatey.
 
The coffees we select from this network are certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Rainforest Alliance, and are now enjoyed in over ten countries worldwide. Through Falcon’s on-the-ground relationships and transparent supply chains, we’re able to bring you coffees that are both ethically sourced and full of character.
