Grown on La Conejera in the San Roque region of Colombia, this coffee reflects our long-standing partnership with the farmers who produce it. We’ve been working directly with La Conejera since 2018, supporting sustainable practices and helping strengthen the farm’s economic position through direct trade. This lot, made up of Castillo and Caturra varieties, is naturally processed — allowing the whole coffee cherry to dry around the bean, developing a creamy body and lively character. It’s a bright, expressive cup that embodies both the quality of Colombian coffee and the relationships behind it.
